About Me
Hello! I have worked as a pastoral counselor for many years before I was blessed with an alcohol free lifestyle.
The alcohol free life that I am living is a gift that I want to share with you. For MANY years I walked in darkness, using alcohol for all of life's events, happy, sad or in-between. I knew that I had no control over the alcohol, but couldn't admit it to myself. When I finally admitted it, I could do nothing to change my behaviors .. alcohol had me, period.

In 2009, it all changed.

I trained with This Naked Mind Institute, earning certification in Affective Liminal Psychology, to further my life's mission of helping others to understand the absolute GIFT they are.

" ... it was then that I carried you."

Integrity Statement
At This Naked Soul, integrity means living what I offer others: a path rooted in healing, honesty, and alignment. I live a substance-free life—free from alcohol, medications, and anything that disconnects me from who I truly am in God. That decision wasn’t about willpower; it was the result of grace, and it continues to shape how I coach today.
As a faith-based wellness coach, I help individuals explore their relationship with alcohol—but the work goes deeper. Together, we look at what’s underneath: the emotional, spiritual, and sometimes physical roots of their struggle. My approach is always centered on the person, not just the problem.
I prioritize ethical practice, transparent communication, and holding a safe, compassionate space. I protect confidentiality, meet clients without judgment, and walk alongside them with humility and love.
While I choose to live alcohol- and drug-free, I honor each person’s unique journey. This Naked Soul is not about pressure—it’s about invitation. It’s a place where people can tell the truth, experience peace, and take real steps toward lasting freedom.
