About Me
Hello! I have worked as a pastoral counselor for many years before I was blessed with an alcohol free lifestyle.
The alcohol free life that I am living is a gift that I want to share with you. For MANY years I walked in darkness, using alcohol for all of life's events, happy, sad or in-between. I knew that I had no control over the alcohol, but couldn't admit it to myself. When I finally admitted it, I could do nothing to change my behaviors .. alcohol had me, period.
In 2009, it all changed.
I trained with This Naked Mind Institute, earning certification in Affective Liminal Psychology, to further my life's mission of helping others to understand the absolute GIFT they are.

" ... it was then that I carried you."

Integrity Statement
At this Naked Soul, integrity means living what I offer, walking the same path of healing, honesty, and surrender that I invite others to explore.
I live a substance-free life: free from alcohol and anything that pulls me away from who I am in God. That freedom wasn’t something I achieved - it was a gift of grace. And it’s that grace that continues to shape everything I do today.
As a faith-based wellness coach, I help individuals question their relationship with alcohol/substances. But the work rarely stops there. Together, we look beneath the surface, into the emotional wounds, spiritual longings, and deeper patterns that often lie hidden beneath the habit.
This is soul work. And it can only happen in a space of mercy.
That’s why I lead with compassion, transparency, and reverence. I protect confidentiality, meet each person without judgment, and walk alongside them in humility. Not as a fixer, but as someone who’s been there and trusts the One Who heals.
While I choose to live alcohol- and drug-free, I honor that each journey is personal. this Naked Soul is never about pressure or perfection. It’s an invitation into truth, peace, and the possibility of real freedom.
