Meet Judi - TNMI Certified Coach
Judi is a faith-based wellness coach and the founder of this Naked Soul, a coaching practice that helps individuals explore the deeper emotional and spiritual roots of their habits, challenges, and healing journey.
With 30+ years providing addiction services—including 19 years as the sole proprietor of a clinic for opioid dependence—Judi brings both clinical insight and personal depth to her work. She became alcohol-free in January 2010 after a profound moment of spiritual healing, which continues to guide her life and mission.
Judi holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and an Associate’s in American Sign Language Interpreting. Her approach integrates principles from This Naked Mind, Affective Liminal Psychology, and decades of lived experience to support men and women seeking healing from the inside out.
Whether helping clients address alcohol/substance use, emotional overwhelm, or deeper spiritual struggles, Judi walks alongside them with compassion—helping uncover what’s beneath the surface so they can live with clarity, freedom, and renewed purpose.
